titles, keywords, descriptions, etc. How often do you check out upcoming keywords, etc. for your sites? Keep stuff fresh for the SE's?

after some keyword research, I decide what way to go... and after that I never change...

yeah me too, but going over a couple of sites that I have not optimized in about 2 years, the keywords that were hot as hell in 2009... well, many of them are not as hot as they used to be.
