Who hasnt recieved CCBill wires this week?

Soooo my CCBill wire still hasnt turned up yet this week. I know two other people who have also yet to recieve wires (2 out of 4 that ive asked so far) and both are UK based... Im a little confused as CCBill's email response suggests taht the problem is limited to clients using Natwest (UK Bank). However the other 2 webmasters awaiting their funds bank with HSBC. Who else is still waiting on this weeks wire? Is this a UK only issue or what? all info appreciated guys!

cybermike 09-21-2011 02:29 PM

If they did that, how would they make money charging $XX for bank wire? :2 cents:

Gotta think maximum inconvenience... maximum profitability. :)

We have been notified that HSBC and National Westminster no longer have their route through banks published. With this occurence, Bank of America has been sending these wires, but they are having to go through various intermediaries which may or may not operate as quickly as the chosen route through by the destination bank.

Wires will continue to be sent, however, if you're being affected by this please contact your bank for updated intermediary information and forward this information to our support team at [email protected]

bellskids 09-21-2011 09:01 PM

so bank of america is incapable of identifying the preferred intemediary banks of two of the worlds biggest retail banks? seems poor to me. will future weeks payments be delayed unless this info is provided to you by each affected client? should i still be expecting my wire to 09-19-11 wire to arrive at some point? or will it need to be resent?

James,

Any idea why some of us haven't received last week's check yet?

I'm hoping it arrives tomorrow morning with this week's check :2 cents:

bellskids 09-22-2011 05:27 AM

Still no sign of a wire, unless these banks are suddenly using redneck piggy banks in the arse end of nowhere to handle their routing I fail to see how this can possibly take so long :/ it only took 3 days once for a wire to be sent, failed, bounce back and be resent and recieved succesfully. Now we on day 4 with the weekend fast approaching. I have got a stag night to attend tomorrow. I need my titty funds! :lol

uncle zebbo 09-22-2011 07:46 AM

Nothing here either - NatWest

Phoned CCBill "...payments may go out in the next 24 - 48hrs"! Gee thanks CCBill! I'll pass that on to my creditors.

With the global banking system in the shite that it's in - I suspect CCBill has gone down the pan too - is there a recognised barter exchange rate for porn?

BOA have sent 1 of my wires to HSBC then put a note saying "Don't pay insufficient Funds" so HSBC have sent an email to BOA to confirm if thats correct or not and if it is... they will send it back.

HSBC have been waiting 2 days for a reply back, hence why that wire hasn't been paid.

My main wire is no where to be seen or is even pending.

bellskids 09-22-2011 08:39 AM

Natwest branch manager told me today that their Intermediary banks in the USA have not changed. He said all branches would be informed of such a change. Bank of America about to do a Lehman Brothers? :(

There were no problems in regards to issuing checks for last week. They were sent out on Monday as scheduled.

bellskids 09-22-2011 09:31 AM

I havent recieved any email updates yet from CCBill today but heres what the live chat guy had to say about it... I've omitted the first half of the convo but his first words to me were "is this related to a wire payement" so im guessing theres plenty of people asking the same questions right now.

Joe Veverka17:09:49.
Our bank is having some difficulties, and the international wires are running later than normal

Nathan17:10:12.
Jenni in accounts told me that Natwest have changed their intemediary bank in the USA. Natwest deny this totally. whats going on with Bank of America?

17:10:29
(natwest being my UK bank)

Joe Veverka17:12:28.
I have no idea myself what is going on with Bank of America, we have been told to have clients email Jenni about this

Nathan17:12:47.
i have but no longer getting replies

17:13:41
is the problem with the bank itself? or with ccbills relationship with the bank.

Joe Veverka17:13:42.
I would assume that she is probably getting lots of emails and calls because of this, everyone I am talking to today is questioning this

17:13:56
As far as I know its with the bank itself

17:16:24
Is there anyhting else I can assist you with today?

Nathan17:20:57.
so its business as usual for ccbill?

Joe Veverka17:23:27.
Yes it is, we are just working on getting you your money as fast as possible. we are sorry about the wait

Nathan17:23:49.
ok thank you for your time

spunky99 09-22-2011 12:28 PM

mine arrived no problem

bellskids 09-22-2011 03:03 PM

So far the only people affected seem to be UK based. Unless any other nationalities are waiting for the wire dated september 19th??

That's really not fair, you get charged to receive a wire, they get charged to send them. They aren't going to eat the costs to send everyone wire transfers, no one does. Also, even a lot of huge mainstream programs don't offer ACH direct deposit.

That being said, CCBill is still definitely stuck in the 90s. I hope the largest processor in adult does an audit of their system and upgrades sooner than later. :2 cents:

VIXEN ESCORTS 09-22-2011 04:29 PM

RBS in the UK too :) sounds a bit like a credit squeeze from BOA

That's a credit squeeze, BOA aren't paying out till they see cleared funds, it's not CCBILL's fault, to be honest can you blame BOA ? No I blame the lazy fucking strikers in Greece who thought they could retire at 50 on 20,000 Euros a year.

CCBILL_James 09-22-2011 05:58 PM

We have received notification from Bank of America that the issue should now be resolved, and they are in the process of taking care of wires which were rejected by the European intermediaries. Wires of those affected should begin showing up as quickly as today.

VIXEN ESCORTS 09-22-2011 05:58 PM

Actually it will probably effect all European webmasters, CCbill process through a bank in Cyprus (I believe ?) So BOA have probably greatly narrowed the "buffer" between receiving funds and paying out funds from that bank. Worst case scenario is a hand to mouth situation. BOA thinks the Euro is fucked, Michael Portillo thinks the Euro is fucked, basically the Euro is fucked.

wehateporn 09-23-2011 03:34 AM

The good news is that this week's CCBill cheque has arrived on time, however last week's has not, the cheque officially for the week ending 2011-08-28 (in my CCBill data) has still not arrived.

I'll let them know. Just to confirm, I'm in the UK, this seems to be a UK issue with the cheques.

I have every confidence that they will get this sorted, not complaining, just sharing information

wehateporn 09-23-2011 03:55 AM

They're looking into it now

bellskids 09-23-2011 03:57 AM

Just so that everyone knows, my wire from 19th September has now finally hit my account this morning. Panic over guys, titty funds for tonights stag do have been established. Woot Woot! Hope the rest of you waiting see your funds hit today also!

Grisey 09-23-2011 09:33 AM

Still no reply from jenni, seems ccbill still have abit of work to do as HSBC webmasters still haven't been paid
