Your thoughts on some domains?
Hey. I'm sitting on too many domains and I wanted to get some thoughts on them. This is a partial list. It is only about 1/3 of the list that I have put together, which itself is even incomplete. Many of these were picked up quite randomly, as packages, in exchange for payment, late night ebay boredom, direct registrations, etc. These are domains in adult, dating, mainstream, and who knows, some just don't even make sense.
Again, this is less than a 3rd of a randomly put together incomplete list. These weren't cherry picked, evaluated for traffic or value, etc. I just wanted a quick list together to get a bit of feedback on (GFY LOVES to give feedback after all). So, out of the partial list below, which 5 domains do you think are the best (and why if you'd like to say)? What would you value this entire listing of domains below at? There's roughly 450 of them listed here and if I get some feedback I'll put the rest of the list together and hunt for some that may have been missed when building the list. I would let a lot expire. Many you will never sell or develope. Were talking $15,000 to renue them all. Get rid of half and save 7.5K/year.
At random this is one that will prob never sell or be developed: adultsingals.com But we all have to decide. I wasted a lot of money (for me) renuing domains for so long. Eventually someone has to make the decision and go through them all. I dont envy you. :) Best move i ever made was selling all domains that I am not using. No more speculation. I lost my butt on renual fees over the years and should have let many expire earlier. Very tough to sell domains in adult and I dont see it getting any easier. asdporn.com is as good as anything (unless it is a really targeted domain or gets good typeins). Just a name I made up. :) footfetish17.com lesbianporn69.com more examples i just made up that prob do as well as paying more than reg fee for a keyword domain. This is how today's affil thinks. :) |

My first thought - you're like most dickheads that registers a plethora of domain names they'll never use, and never sell for more than what they paid in reg fees, and stop people who actually DEVELOPE WEBSITES from registering those same names

theres some good ones but the majority aren't. you could do a bit of research, see which ones get traffic and which don't, which ones have high searched keywords or something and let the rest go.
