What was the end all about when the maid called Margot by a different name? I wasn't paying attention and didn't catch the reference??

while im almost certain she isnt a killer, Im positive she's known more than a few in her day. That woman has SOME kinda of past with the IRA, and she doesn't look fondly on the memories, that's for damn sure.

Didn't watch any of the second season episodes but it is one of the best shows.

I've just started watching it, tryin to figure out what it's all about...
