Firefox google search redirect virus

I'm having a problem with firefox and google search results. Everytime I google search in firefox the displayed search results, when clicked, redirect to something else.

This happens 50% of the time.

I am not sure how to get rid of it... any recommendations?

Look in the folder where the add-ons live.

I did just that... found two called:

Microsoft Shell UI Helper
HtmldlgSafeHelper Class

I allowed no sites on those two permisions and I can't replicate the problem any more. :thumbsup
