Lindsay Lohan to serve 30 days in jail... but her sentence is delayed 'so she can complete $1m Playboy shoot'

Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced serve to 30 days in jail after admitting to violating her probation.

The troubled actress waived her rights at her probation violation hearing at the Los Angeles Superior Cour Airport Branch and admitted the violation.

Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered the actress so surrender to the jail by November 9.
She was not immediately put behind bars because the judge decided to allow her time to complete her nude photo shoot for Playboy, according to TMZ.

Because of overcrowding, for any sentence less than 90 days, you're automatically booked and released. Doubt she'll be in there for more than a few hours.

If that was any other person they would be doing several months to a year for violating their probation.

Wish she would have done the shoot AFTER jail so she would have been a few pounds lighter.

they would rather have her pay a fine and put more money in their coffers than have her in jail at their expense (celebs are more expensive to incarcerate due to them having to up security).

I just watched a bit of this court video.

The judge also sentenced her to 12 days community service in the county MORGUE. Because the women's shelters she was going to does not want her back lol, and no other battered women want to deal with her bad example of a person. :1orglaugh

I'd rather do jail time than work in a morgue. :(

oh man... watching more of this... actually she has to do roughly two weeks in the morgue every month up through March of next year, and the judge is telling her (and some other sessions she has to do) that they are postponing 270 days of jail every month as long as she completes everything. And they gave her a new probation officer who is a hardass so she has to do all these days at the morgue in order to not do all this jail time. The 30 days are just a little bit of the sentence.

And the women's center wants reimbursement for security. lol

The judge also told her not to tweet. lol.... yeah let's watch her do five minutes. But this community service is the clencher. ouch.
