Who the fuck calls it "split testing" and he says, "hardly anyone is doing it?" Bullshit... every company I've ever worked with has done A/B tests and every major online company I know does them as well... he lost me after such ridiculous claims, lol.

In my experience, I've had a majority seen people and clients who were not aware of doing split-testing (A/B testing).

Also, the term "split testing" is used quite often.

Definitely a long and arduous task. Not just because you have to log every single change you make, or the patience it takes to allow the numbers peak then plateau, but the discipline required not to get excited about the spike and start "working" on the site.
