elcomsoft.com NOT SERIOUS
 

Hello all,

Well, i have a small story about elcomsoft.com, NEVER order anything in there if you want my advice.

On 2 Nov i passed a order for a software by mistake, i asked them to cancel my order 1 min later by email AND phone support. Didn't get any answer by email but the phone support told me that i will not be billed.

The price of the software was 149 USD.

Well, 3 Nov (something like 12-24 hours later) the order passed on paypal and the price was 177 EUR ! This is almost the double ! Then i asked again by email for a refund of my order as it was a mistake, just 1 min after the transaction passed. Their email was very fast : Sorry we don't refund.

I called paypal, they didn't care.

So the price announced was 149 USD, i was charged 177 EUR. I cancelled the order 1 min after i made the mistake, then i asked for a refund the next day when i was billed, again 1 min after.

I never used the software, never downloaded the software, never used the serial.

THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE. They just want to RIP YOU OFF. By phone everything is well before they charge you and then they fuck you up.

Yes it's my fault at the first stage, i passed a order by mistake thinking i needed that software but it wasn't the good software. Normally when something like this happen you refund your customer right ? No service no money.

Please people, tell me if i'm crazy or if it's just normal for this people to don't refund my mistake as described. And thank you to fucking paypal who don't care a shit about the fake price announced and the whole story.

That makes two of us.

He probably meant the paypal story, not yours.
