All kidding aside, the Boy Scouts of America is a terrible organization. They not only pretty much require you to be religious, but they also don't allow homosexuals at all in the organization. That's a pretty fucked up message to be sending children don't you think?

i don't recall any religious stuff.. other than the mention of god in one of our sayings that we were supposed to memorize. It was pretty damn harmless and I was never religious--even then.

I was just with the Cub scouts this weekend for an awesome camp out. At no pint have I ever been asked about religion and we have several open atheists. You are very mistaken about it being a religious organization unless your referring to troops sponsored by a church or synagog and even those often let in those of different faiths and atheists.

I think if a woman is "harmed" by something pornographic she should have the right to sue or prosecute those involved. It would just be the word "harmed" that would be difficult to define.

If the woman was raped, never signed a release, never paid and plastered all over the place? She should/could sue. If she signed a release and paid her rent with the money she earned, bought cars, etc... well, no changing your mind that you were in some way "harmed".

I don't agree with Vendzilla much, politically, philosophically, etc. but here is a case where we pretty much agree. It's really hard to trust anyone that has Gloria Allred on their team. She tries to be this high powered feminist lawyer, yet does nothing but put the women's movement back decades...she makes all females look and feel like constant victims and lines her pockets in the meantime
