Rocksmith is next on my list. Been playing and teaching guitar for 10 years, it's gonna be some good practice.
God of War 3 had some pretty OMFG moments.

As a fan of all the Guitar Hero games, I'm curious about Rocksmith.

To me it looks like an entirely different experience. More of a guitar tutoring system than actual gameplay. The reason I like GH so much is that it allows me to rock out and release some stress at the end of the day. I'm not sure Rocksmith will have the same effect, but I have yet to try it.

Demon's Souls / Dark Souls

What about Dark Souls? Is it harder than Demon's Souls? This game sure made me learn about patience!

not yet, I just slammed thru that game a bit ago, wanted to beat it on vetern, and was looking to upgrade all weapons, etc but only so many zombies I can shoot before I go crazy..not they they act like zombies...ie later when they are shooting at you lol (and yes I know its a virus int hat game...lol, just sayin)

It's a lot harder in my opinion but that could be due to me reading too many tips online for Demon's and going it alone on Dark Souls. Either way, they're both great and they're keeping controller manufacturers in business :1orglaugh

I, indeed, broke a controller while playing this game. True story. To my defense, it was because the springs on the L/R2 buttons were loose, so I kept pressing them by mistake. :1orglaugh

still need to try both of these games...I like the fact they play more like games in the past...difficult

ie no achievement for simply holding your controller in the right direction

The Uncharted games kick ass.
Batmans Arkham Assylum and Arkham City kick ass too.

Deadrising 2 (The new one is the best)
Ghost Recon modern warfare.
Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 (only because there are cheats to play them in 3rd person)

The Call of duty, Resistance and Killzone games look bad ass but I don't like first person shooters.

Since the thread is titled top ten ps3 games, I'll stick to PS3 exclusives.

1. God of War 1, 2 and 3
2. Uncharted 1, 2, and 3

The other 4 could be any random PS3 exclusive. They're all good.

I just finished Uncharted 3, and I would have to say anyone that has a PS3 and hasn't played this series is really missing out. It's like playing the best movie you've seen in years. The acting, storytelling and everything is just top fucking notch.

and gran turismo 5, metal gear solid is great too!

I'm playing Infamous 2 right now, great game :thumbsup

An occasional player but I enjoyed Assassin's Creed.

I love guitar hero too, but this is a completely different experience. It really does teach you to play guitar. It slowly ads more notes as your skill level increases, then takes them away if you start to screw up.
