What's the best show on TV right now?
What's the best?
I like a few, hard to pick one. |
I really like Homeland. The best new series this season.
Ther than that I enjoy Dexter, The good wife, Sons of anarchy.. |
2 Broke Girls is really funy
|
I'm really enjoying "Boardwalk Empire".
|
My two favourites right now: Person of Interest, and Parenthood.
|
The Good Wife and The Walking Dead....
I saw something called Southland for the first time the other day - Looked like it could be good. |
Gold Rush
|
Gold Rush and Sons of Anarchy
|
The two and a half man reruns with Charlie ;-)
|
Im loving Fringe and Revenge

Always like NCIS but Person of Interest is pretty good
|
Nice to see The Good Wife getting several mentions. That show is incredibly well-written, well-cast, and well-acted. I'd say that for regular network tv it's currently the best.
But if you include HBO, Showtime, Movie Central, etc, then I'll have to throw in Californication, Boardwalk Empire, and anyone who doesn't like Game of Thrones is just dead inside. :D |

The Killing which aired a while ago on UK Television. Also decent to watch here is The Apprentice, Dragons Den and Sky Sports for the footie. :)
|
I like the Big C and Sons of Anarchy
|
There isn't any programmes i watch just now.
Tv is shitty these days! |
Sons and Boardwalk, but the more I watch them , the more they are turning into soaps:disgust
|
Person of Interest and 2 broke girls :-)

Whitney cummings did a better job on 2 Broke Girls than on her own show |

Sons Of Anarchy is doing it for me. I also like Hawaii 5o, but I've always had an odd thing for Hawaii.
I watch Covert Affairs but only as filler. |
Current shows that get watched in our house
The Walking Dead Homeland Dexter Parks and Rec American Horror Story Gold Rush Survivor The one I look forward to the most every week is either Homeland or American Horror Story. |
its funny how many people are mentioning dexter. don't get me wrong, i enjoy it, the trinity season was incredible. its just funny how it paints a picture of miami, that we have a massive serial killer every year
|
I'm really enjoying Person of Interest
Once Upon A Time is pretty darn good too And Grimm is another one I'm enjoying quite a bit! Sadly, Alphas season ended already, but they'll be back for another season. That show is pretty good, WAY better than Heroes ever was. Then there's the old favorites still putting out good episodes.. Big Bang Theory, Fox animated shows, South Park.. etc |
Walking dead,Hell on wheels, Dexter, Grimm, Man up is what i am watching
|
The Walking Dead on AMC. I bought the season one DVD and was blown away. So far season two is great.
|
The Walking Dead is pretty tight, but the characters sure make some dumb decisions. The pain of watching a horror movie sub-character wander off into the darkness alone "just to check something" is repeated every episode. Maybe I shouldn't have read/watched "The Stand" over a decade ago....
|
Dexter.
But Dexter is the only thing on TV that I watch, so I may be a little biased. |
Right now...Boardwalk Empire.
I also love Community and Parks and Rec. |
Dexter is one of my favorite shows too, but the last 2 seasons, the writing has been subpar. The performances have been good, but the writers are just going through the motions, it seems.
although subpar Dexter is still better than 99% of what's out there... |
Revenge is the best new show on TV, I'm hooked on this. We're also watching New Girl which is hilarious and we PVR Person of Interest but haven't watched any yet. Almost finished season 2 of Modern Family which I love.

Wow, surprised to see it took so long for Modern Family to make the list (unless I missed someones mention of it prior to Message #40)
2 Broke Girls is pretty funny. Still watching CSI: Vegas as well. |
We also watch:
Raising Hope 2 Broke Girls Whitney HIMYM and I don't go out of my way to see it, but Biggest Loser still gets my attention when I'm flipping through the channels. |
Raising Hope - consistently hilarious.

|
Pretty much anything not on network TV with a few exceptions.
Dexter Boardwalk Empire Homeland Walking Dead Hell on Wheels American Horror Story Always Sunny Onion News Network Burn Notice Psych Network TV: You can never go wrong with House Fringe The Mentalist Supernatural UK: Luther (on BBCAmerica) The Fades(ended recently) *Shows in no particular order and some may be erroneously omitted. If I had to pick one I'd go with either Dexter or something on AMC like Breaking Bad or Mad Men. |
