It seems they applied only if you were surfing on youtube for some time,if you run it fresh it still shows old design.

Its crap. My "Load More Videos" button does nothing now.

Same as Facebook. I logged into Facebook the other day for the first time in over a year and its almost unrecognizeable. More "improvements" geared towards collecting personal information and selling it to the highest bidder.
