I swear, men (and even woman) get penis size all fucked up. Whenever someone says I have a 9" penis it usually means 7.5 or so and 10 maybe pushing 8".

You are supposed to measure base to tip on the TOP side.

This doesn't give guys the number they want so they measure from the bottom so they can slip another inch or two in.
