A reminder to idiots thinking of doing this, under the ACPA you could be sued for up to $100,000 in statutory damages. These cases don't happen that often but Facebook is in the middle of one, and you better believe there will be plenty happening with .xxx infringements. And for what - getting a domain you shouldn't have gotten that there's absolutely no way to profit from anyways? |
Well why would someone register a big brand under .xxx .... it's obvious that the brand can get the domains easily and sue you..
