Their boss Weenerhauser or whatever his name is is a total prick. He takes on project after project with insane time limits and wants his "soldiers" to work day and night on them. If they want to go home after working for 12 hours he gives them shit and tells them to stay longer. And all this would be kind of ok if he paid them well for it but he does pay them shit for the extra hours they make. How fucking insane is that? Obviously the guys working there have talent. Why waste it on that piece of shit asshole
