Not sure I fully understand what you mean, to be honest... But to clarify, you order the desired amount (say 10K) and you get that amount of people following you, in addition to whatever followers you currently have.

two way meaning, i follow an account, then they follow me back.

one way, someone follows me with nothing in return.

Real to means they are interested in your biz or what you are selling!

I do not do much with twitter, however I have about 20k facebook fans for my various mainstream sites.

Those are real people with real interest in the websites. So when I share a link I get a response. I fail to see how that would work with the above mentioned facebook fans.

Works the same way. I do agree that you may not get the same degree of response, but factoring in the cost (time + effort + money) of getting fans the traditional way vs buying them, you come out on top if you buy. Granted, of course, that you have an intention to monetize them and have a plan for doing so.
