For the price, someone contacted me and offered US$1200 at the end of last year when he want to launch an adult site, but I don't want to sell it that time because I've no religion issue that time, so I just keep it as a small auto income myself.

Please give a good offer, as I expect little or actually nothing need to be done to keep the site at top position. It is domain keyword so even Google make change there should be little need to get done (almost all traffic comes from this domain keyword, as I've done very little on this site). At top position, it generates over $50 monthly if you keep everything unchanged (if you have better way to monetize it'll be great). I'll give you all the file sources, I don't want to keep anything for this site any longer.
