In France most people are confused about all the attention this photo got. A naked guy on the beach is totally normal and acceptable over here, so normal that you normally don't see it and don't pay attention to it. So the person who noticed there was a naked penis on the photo is the real pervert. People seem to forget that we're all naked under our clothes.

Oh, I am sure it was like another seagull to the photographer. Like I said, he probably never noticed.

Of course they knew, but what is the big deal? It isn't like the guy is erect or doing anything sexual. And yeah the kids are laughing. I think it is cute and funny, but go figure I was raised by French people.

They show worse adult themed scenarios on prime time tv now. Family Guy is more offensive than that pic.

Plus it's some naked old guy. LOL. That's what makes it so funny.

Photographer may not have noticed but enough people look at an advertisement before it goes live that somebody noticed and knew it would get such attention/publicity. I saw it on the news here in LA yesterday.
