When I was a kid, I went through my dad's stash and found this porno from the 70's that made everyone I showed it to wince in pain. For the life of me, I don't know what it was called, so I'll try to describe it as best I can. I'm sure someone else has seen it.

Anyways, it was probably mid to late 70's and foreign. My guess is either Scandinavian or German. It involved a thick (not fat, but rolly) woman and a guy who looked dead to the world. The scene in particular she takes his balls and twists them... and twists them.. and twists them till they look like they're about to burst through his scrotum. Then she fuckes herself with them all twisted up like that.

Anyone seen this and know where to find it?

I have no idea which movie you mean, but on the same lines, I have a similar memory...
