Believe it or not, the same happened yesterday with someones dog in the house. But.. the opposite. The dog left inside, on leash, and the owner outside. And the elevator moved :(

What I saw was that the elevator not worked, so I needed to walk to see the police inspecting the elevator and questioning the owner in the hall :( It was horrifying to see all the mess, and well it was very sad... The elevator is still closed as of today due to biohazard as stated, and it is now under complete cleaning and disinfectation.

I vocalized that exactly as I watched on.

Distraction? He was standing looking at the dog before the doors closed, and then as the doors were closing.

To people who didn't watch, I normally avoid bad videos, but at least with this it showed a caring passerby who saw the dog. WTF was the guy thinking though? I thought he had done it deliberately till he started freaking out.
