Seal Team Six kicked ass in Somalia
 

US Navy Seal Team Six flew into Somalia last night and rescued two hostages, killing nine kidnappers.

While I applaud this action - it was the same Seal Team that took out Osama - what are the legal implications here? The US Navy just walked into another country and and killed nine people.

Implications? They haven't even had a functioning government for over 2 decades.

Somalia is a failed state. They don't really have a government to deal with in a situation like this, so pretty much anything goes.
