Just wondering is it a smart thing to do submit your new site to 2500 sites? Won't Google pick this up as link spam?

I've seen this tool for desktop and it never worked for me. Just gave these sites a try with brand new domain . Lets see.

How about forcing a +1 click or Tweet with an auto lightbox style popup without a close box before continuing to the page?
