It doesn't look pretty. I would delete it if I was you. Looks like it gives him access to your site files, at least from just a quick glance.

I saved it though so I can use it later... lol :thumbsup

That's a hacker root shell script similar to r57 etc. Can be used to execute ssh commands on your server, grab and look at files, etc...
