In my opinion, the allure of celebrity sex tapes is that you aren't supposed to see them. The allure would be gone if a B list celebrities sex tape was being "leaked" (released) every week.

If anything, there will be more nowadays, just because of the availability of video recording on webcams/cell phones and easy access to video equipment.
