CCBill Support Reply Timeframes?

In a nutshell, I emailed the client support team with some basic newbie questions about setting up an account, documents, etc. I got a fast reply, but it was two sentences from a guy who didn?t seem to speak English as a primary language, and didn?t answer any of my questions.

I sent off another reply right away, asking for clarification. After ten hours, no reply.

I sent off an email again, asking for a follow up. After two hours, no reply.

I sent off another email, this time to the supervisor email address. Got a reply straight away letting me know a member of the Sales team would be in touch with me ?soon?. That was more than five hours ago.

Am I just being a whiney bitch, expecting replies in an unrealistic timeframe, or is this a bit unusual for them? It?s my first dealings with CCBill, and it seems they are on the ball about a lot of things from what I?ve read here, so I?m a bit surprised at the way this is going?

In most cases you can expect a reply within a few hours. In some cases it may be a bit longer as we make sure you are with the correct person/team to address your inquiries. I have shot you an email now and would be happy to help.

Client support is ok, but since it's around tax time contract admin has been taking six days to respond
