Why is that script so damn expensive? Really wondering.. do you just setup a site and get traffic overnight thanks to that script... Come on...

There are tube scripts for 50 dollars, and this is 1500 bucks.. how the fuck can there be so much difference. What's so special about it?

The talent is not the script, but the webmaster driving traffic to the site... A script is not going to get you more traffic by itself...

I'm sure 99% of webmasters in this forum would never SPEND 1500 bucks on a script, when you don't know what results you will get.

Yeah now someone can quote me, and say whatever they want, but the big question is why the fuck is that script 1500 bucks.. its insane.

To use it is to love it. It's a great script, plain and simple. Buy it and see. It's great for sites with huge traffic numbers ... a point where a lot of people would just dev their own script, they won't need to. Plus the source is open and very easy to modify ... we've made quite a few mods so it does exactly what we want it to.

A $1,500 or even $5,000 investment to run an unlimited number of money making sites should be an investment any business person is willing to make.

A 50 dollar script would be fine if that's all your need. But they are generally piss poor imitations of what mechbunny et al could do 2 years ago... If you think $1500 for a script is too much then your at a stage where you don't need a $1500 script. If you want to drive a porche then buy a porche.. if you want to drive a beat up cortina... buy a beat up cortina.

A script is only how good a person uses it.Could be "worth" 10 k but you have to be as skilled as the coder to utilize it. Most webmasters do not have the skillz and would snap up a cheaper version.there are just as many versions out there for around 300 bucks

there are hobbyists, and then there are businessmen... a script that is the backbone to your sites is not something to compromise on :2 cents:

It's really a case of can you or can you not afford to buy it ?.
What kind of business apart fomr a lemonade stand can't afford a $999 cost for whats required to make money in the business.

In the hands of someone with basic seo knowledge and common sense and a work ethic I can not see how you could fail to build a site that would index fast and grow reasonably quickly.

I bought it myself around october last year, the sites I rewrote the descriptions and titles by hand are doing well.

The one I did as a test to see what would happen if I just import the clips with the same titles and descriptions as probably another 100 tubes have done.

No surprises here but this site is NOT growing anywhere as fast trafficwise.

It's a case of you get what you pay for and you also get out of life and projects what you put in when it comes to planning and effort.

While you will find that many of the main people posting on GFY are 'hobbyist', there are plenty of solid programs and actual businesses lurking in the shadows, using the MB script and having success. Including many of the bigger traffic tubes out there.

It is a solid investment for those serious about their business.

It's an unlimited domain license so technically it's only as expensive as you want it to be. You could make 999 tubes with it and then it would cost a dollar.

I paid quite a bit more for it as I bought it a long time ago before it went on special, but I still think it's the best money I've spent in Adult so far.
