Use the card as you would any Mastercard.

Add it to Paypal account as funding credit card and use Paypal account.

A smaller list would be to ask who doesn't accept these options because pretty much all domain companies either take Paypal or MC.

paxum should get more support from P2P business deals, it's great system, and people should use it more for paying hosting, domains, service, scripts...
