Unlikely, bigger companies have the most to loose so they are are going to do things proper and act professional at all times, IMO.

Smaller companies that show continued growth are best, imo...unless they grow because they are scamming low key...Someone already said it, work with people who need you...

Not always. There are some big companies like Topbucks (they clearly lead all of adult in number of bathrooms :) ) who have always instantly answered questions, paid on time and been nothing short of great.
