I've seen a lot of racial threads here lately but haven't made any comments. Today my son was on the school bus, a black kid called my son white chocolate and in return my son called him black chocolate. no big deal right? just kids... The school bus monitor "black woman" flips out calling my son racist telling him how big of trouble he is in, and now all the other kids on the bus are also calling him racist. then at the bus stop she gets off the bus continuing to yell at him, my girlfriend was there to pick him up and yelled out Whats going on? the woman then jumped back on the bus and left, and my son was in tears crying.

The way I see it, The only Racist thing going on here is the adult turning it into something racist. really not sure why she thinks she has the right to yell at my child, and also to say this in front of all his peers, causing them to call him racist....

So far I have called the school, an investigation is being started. if the woman is not at least suspended or fired I'll be filing charges.

Doesn't matter what happened, she has no right to yell at my kid to the point of making him cry, also if they have something to say to a child they are supposed to pull them to the side away from the other kids. my son doesn't lie about stuff like this. school buses here also have video/audio being recorded at all times. We will find out exactly what happened soon. After their investigation tomorrow, If she is not suspended or fired I'll be calling my lawyer. wonder if this is something that could be considered a hate crime on her part.

Anyway, I'm not going to stand by and let an adult yell at my kid calling him racist.

She was walking to the bus stop, and seen the woman next to the bus in my sons face, she yelled out what's going on, then the woman quickly jumped back on the bus and they drove away. She said it looked like the woman had a hold of his arm but wasn't sure. when she asked my son if she grabbed him, he said he didn't want to talk about it. I hope the camera's can see outside of the bus too.

I'll spend whatever it takes to protect my son from an adult, even if it meant going broke.

please explain?

I've been down that road, after many times in jail and now being able to afford good lawyers I have found it's better to take care of things legally

What this woman did was wrong, but I don't quite understand what you are going to sue over.

If you are worried about your kid being made fun of by other kids, a lawsuit is only going to make it worse. Kids forget things pretty fast and move on when they are allowed to. It will blow over with the other kids in a few days if your kid, and you, allow it to.

Setting out to get this woman fired is only going to fuel the fire as well. Now everyone will be talking about you and your kid for getting a black bus monitor fired over racism, in which they'll just keep calling you and your kid racist.

The headlines will be "white man insists black woman be fired as a bus monitor."

I'm not racist and neither are the kids. it was the woman who turned the whole thing racist, they are only in elementary school, and all play together everyday after school.


So I'm just supposed to let her get away with it? I agree it will blow over soon with all the kids. but for the bus monitor she'll be thinking twice before yelling at or putting her hands on someone elses kid.

'verbal abuse' is what the court transcripts will read ect... be very clear and consistent in that... even black people do not have the right to verbally abuse children

I suppose you could teach this woman a lesson and let your kid go through the hassles that will follow. Or you could teach your kid what's right and how to handle himself in tricky situations like this and move on, with no further hassle.

My choice would be the second option. There are idiots everywhere. I can't control what other people think and do. But I can try to help my kid learn how to handle those idiots and not cause him any unnecessary stress.

All said and done, you are talking about spending every penny you have to destroy some other woman. Seems like a lot of time and money spent on someone else who you have little influence over, instead of your kid, who you have a lot of influence over.

What makes you think you can "file chages"? The DA files charges, not citizens. What charges would you even file if you could file charges? At best you could make a complaint. Again, what is the actual crime here? I'm fairly certain yelling at a child is not illegal.

Riding the bus is the worst spot for kids. I used to fight, piss, cum, fingerbang girls and learn the latest and greatest swear words on the bus and the bus driver was a nasty bitch that used to swear at us right back.

Best advice possible: Don't let your kid ride the bus with $10 an hour black lady. Drive his ass to school. You can't protect him when you aren't there all you can do is teach him to protect himself and all that entails.

if someone made my kid cry i would not be calling the police for them to get a slap on the wrist. there are other ways and means of letting the people know you are not happy. also i dont understand why black women have such attitude problems.

Sorry to hear this happened to your son, however if you create too much drama out of it, then you are likely only going to alienate the kid more.

If you do follow it up, try to keep all of the kids completely out of the drama.

Give your son a bag of ice creams to take to school to share with his mates and they will forget all about the bus ride.
