Removing pages from Google index
Is there a way to remove pages from Google index? I've moved my hosting and one of my toplists is broken. to be more precise, hundreds of pagges with some spam comments, but google now report that as dead links. I wasn't aware that those pages even exist, but, google lowered my traffic probably because of that.
It is reported as soft 404 and those pages like this: http://www.femdomdestiny.com/toplist...=cope&page=231 Is there a way to somehow remove those errors from google thanks |
Maybe with robots.txt?
Disallow /PATH.html |
redirect those pages to the new version of them

Go into your Google account (the one you use for analytics or whatever) and there is a place to request that they remove links. I've only done the similar request to update other people's links (when personal information on the page has been removed but Google is still showing the old information in the search results) so what you are doing is a little different, but instructions are at this link below:
