Worth selling sites these days?
 

I'm running a network of about 50 niched Wordpress based tube sites that I'm thinking of selling since I don't have the time to update and maintain them anymore. The sites have about 23 000 unique visitors daily according to Google Analytics and they makes about $1500 monthly.

Is there a market for selling these kinds of sites these days? If yes, how much can I expect to get for them? Or is it better to just keep them (it's not like they will day in a day if I stop update them)?

EDIT: I forgot to mention that 90-95% of the visitors comes from search engines. No bought or skimmed traffic. :)

Unless you need cash right away you'd do better just keeping them online as they are.

I would recommend keeping them, you'll more than likely pull in checks for the next several years from it. Of course those checks will dwindle over time, but you will make much more money that way. Selling a network as volatile as that, you might get 3-8 months rev max.
