Gimme-website has always been in demand. I now have a junior and still am unable to supply enough man hours to meet that demand. My existing client base is HUGE and this is all based on the quality of GW's work. GW is the best.. and we want to get even bigger.

I'm looking for another 'ME'. I don't want to amalgamate with another studio as you are all crap in my eyes. You are my competition and I intend to take all your business.

I want to turn GW into a SUPER studio.

To clarify.
Using Dj Fonts does not make you a designer
Being able to follow a tutorial does not make you a designer
Just because you made it, it doesn't mean it looks good.
If you don't have the 'Eye', i cant teach you it.

You must be passionate about design, or a great html/css coder.

I don't want a design graduate..they taught you nothing and you wasted 4 years of your life.

I'm looking for raw/fresh/hungry talent.... Who is more interested in making a name for themselves than work conditions/pay (yeah, new designers... We work like dogs and we get paid less than we deserve).

I'm expecting zero applications. But maybe i'll strike gold, who knows.

Your English must be PERFECT.

You must be affordable. I charge $60 an hour/$300 per day. You will earn much less than this until you are making profit for GW.

you use font letter g and w (not original graphics) and bad o like graphic. see the tip of the w connected to that bad o like graphic, its very thick. very bad looking.

I never really got the chance to close deej. I have my dayjob with fuckyoucash.com (LOVING IT..I'm not leaving EVER). And closing shop for a while was just to allow me some time for the transition.

Now over the past years I have built a HUGE client base. They have been loyal to me and I can't just tell them to go find somebody else. I just cant do it. Ive worked hard to earn their money..it would crush my soul to see all that hard work vanish. I also have a junior and I can't abandon her either.

There are 168 hours in a week and that leaves 128 hours to sleep/be a mom/wife and run GW. So come hell or high water.. GW is staying open.

But I conceed, I can't do it on my own.
If I had 5 'Me's'.. I could keep us all busy, in work and earning.
And if i made a real effort to advertise and get work.. i'd need 15 "me's"..

I don't code , I don't design, I am crap at photoshop and don't even know how to use gimp, my english is pretty bad and to be honest, I am bored after playing 20 minutes with photoshop, I hate when people think they are the best when they are not, where can I send my resume?

All designers are delusional.. That's why we became designers.

This has been quite an interesting path.
80% didnt read the initial post and sent me examples that couldn't even sell on fivvr.
A few really good ones turned up. But a starting wage of $80 an hour? You think I can pay you more than I charge??

And then a few lost souls that I would dearly love to help, but if you got no skillz.....

What i did learn is that eastern European's are far more attractive to hire than Stateside/other euro zones. Their skillset is good...and expected wages are far more realistic.
