Poaching web cam models for sel shot ex gf content.

Would it be allowed to pay for a private show, specifically to see if the model would be interested in doing self shot content ?

Or,

Baaaaaaad ?

You better try to discuss this with studios because some guys believe they own the chicks. Also there are better chances for the girls to trust their own boss than some random guy on chat.

So what if they own them, ill go to mexico and get ll rambo up in dat bitch.

On a more serious note, cheers - ill look into that.

Anti trust lawsuit now going on in the US where the big ones all agreed not to poach and thus depress peoples earnings . I'd say it was therefore your obligation to poach people and allow them to realise their full potential.

Good luck with that. It would be easier if you become one of their regulars that goes private. Also keep in mind, that the overseas studio managers use keyloggers, etc, and tend to invoke alot of control over the girls, including the monies they earn while with the studio, including the silly "gift" monies clients send the girls via PP, MG, and WU.

I think they would agree to it. After all, you are paying them money for the private show. You can ask the model what she is interested in. She will tell you. Probably there is no rule against asking.

No, that would definitely not be ok.

The content that the models on webcam sites generate is owned by the webcam site and or the webcam provider, or is joint ownership between the provider and the cam model. Taking screenshots of a private chat for use on another site would be considered illegal, use without consent, etc.

In addition, you would not own any rights to those photos without any kind of release. The model is the photographer in this case, not you. You also would not have the necessary 2257 docs.

What you want to do instead is t contact the site owners that the models work for and see if you can make a deal with them. Keep it legal and above board.

Dude, maybe spend a little time reading a thread before going head first INTO it. This is what the OP said:

"Would it be allowed to pay for a private show, specifically to see if the model would be interested in doing self shot content"

He at no time implied he was going to private chat with them to take screenshots or take screenshots without her permission. What he DID said was that we would like to go into a private chat with models to enquire if they would be interested in doing some self shot content for him.

Now I'm not saying this is or isn't right but if a model DOES agree to take some self shot pictures for him to use then this has nothing to do with you or your cam site. Having said that, you banning him from your cam site or dropping the model is entirely your prerogative too.

...

as far as I know... webcam sites do not allow that viewers try to make deals with models outside their webcam platform... so in that case the answer would always be NO

It's obviously also not allowed to go into private with a model and try to convince her to sign up with another webcam site that pays more (under your ref)... not the same of course... but you get the picture

digitalfantasies 04-24-2012 11:35 AM

only options would be "skype cam girls", some do offer it on certain sites... and since nobody is watching them.. you could try..

I don't know if that would be wrong or right... just saying...

You would probably spend less money and get better results outside a paid webcam situation. - just guessing.

I second that. Cam performers don't like the idea of being exposed in pictures or videos that may spread all over the net. They believe they are safe in the cam streaming business because of the Geo IP blocking.

Just make PG modeling site with a lot of bling to bring the chicks then propose them some sexy soft-core jobs before going hardcore on them :winkwink:
