GFY needs a Paul Markham bot
 

He's very old and needs to sleep a lot and sit on the toilet for hours after drinking his prune juice.

Imagine if we had a Paul Markham bot that posted a wall of text every three posts in every thread 24/7.

Then none of us would ever forget that we are wrong.

And then whenever his bot posts we can all post that his bot is on ignore.

Somebody get on that.

I don't think a paul bot would be too hard to code. The real paul has a very limited vocabulary and a tiny list of topics he will discuss. I bet paul could be completely replaced by less than a hundred lines of perl.

Alien with a wine glass and a cigarette. They get high on drugs.

35 years of experience replaced with a few lines of code. Sounds about right.

No way.

What we do need though is a bot that auto agrees with him and asks for more insignt, so he can be occupied in one thread.

We want Paul Markham all day every day. You're usually posting as many of us are going to bed.

Fuck, I just realized that I don't really dislike you. This complicates things for me.

We would really like some intelligence in your posts. Even artificial intelligence would make more sense and be less irritating than what we get now. :winkwink:

Who cares. Let him say what he wants. Maybe he isn't maintaining a satisfying level of success these days.

There's a good chance he was more successful in HIS time, than any one of his naysayers are in THIS time.

Paul earned his keep a long time ago. Now he just vents. Much like I do.

I just sit back and laugh because the days of caring are long gone. I'm just watching vultures pick at the bones. Scavengers who can't find their own place in the world - so they pick at the rotting flesh of those who have come before them.

This business has already been bought out. If you don't understand that, then, err... Sucks to be you.
