How many undeveloped domains do you have ?
 

Just curious how many domains people have that aren't used or parked ?

About 300 underdeveloped, sigh.

Maybe if I increase my meth dosage, something might get done.

Had about 100-150 for over 10 years. Now less than 10. Doing the math.. instead of throwing $10,000 to the registrars the next ten years, I'll take the money myself.

The vast majority of high traffic sites out there are not perfect typein domains so I dont see the value anymore. If you are gonna develope them great but they nickle dime you over time.

Yeah.. for me they were not a real good investment. I sold too late like many.

Edit: I suppose I made some on type ins in the early days but now days they are mostly useless if you not gonna develope them.

I have about 10 undeveloped... better to focus my attention on my developed ones in stead of buying more of the same... especially since g00gle want you to have all your niche content on 1 site in stead of 40 sites with basically "the same" content..

why leave them to rot? hosted tube can build up some traffic for you in the meantime. money isn't going to be much for a dead domain but its only going to cost you money to leave it and renew it every year and the traffic will never grow on its own right?

I had about 26 that I was gonna build that I just put on hostedtube for now....about 16 of them were very old domains, all over 14 years, and the rest fairly new.

I have some good ones that are undeveloped and 4 sale. Both adult and non.

I just set all of mine to not auto-renew, because I've had them for years, and I'm too busy to develop any of them.

I don't feel so bad now I have just under 200 unused

Around 20, but I just installed wordpress and build some blog galleries on 3 of them, and they are already getting 200-500 uniques per day in homepage.

So, it makes no sense to have them sit or put a sedo page when you can make more money by spending at least a few hours building something on it and get some signups.

I've been selling off some of my undeveloped domains. I have about 70 in the pipeline to be developed, down from almost 200.

More and more everyday as I remove them useless "hosted" services. Less and less as I let the fucking things expire.

It took me about a decade to realize that not every domain needs to be renewed every year. Not every domain is worth the $15.

I plan on getting down to about two dozen real domains. The rest? You can have 'em.

more than 50 which is stupid IMO. Unless they are insane kw rich domains and I build them before dec 2012 they are gonzo....later!

In fact, I've got some undeveloped exact KW domains in the 4 fig search plus and I cannot even give them away. Domains are not what they were 15 years ago. Not unless they are extremely organic.

That being said...I'm sure if we all put our heads together and traded domains we wanted to dev we would probably all be better off in long run. Or just drop em all.
