since I had lots of issues with a Ghost waking me up at night and ligthing my lamp and computer and having nightmares . now I use a dreamcatcher over my head and all my problems/nightmares are gone :thumbsup

Never have used a dream catcher.
A long time ago when I smoked, I had tried nicotine patches and they gave me crazy dreams (there's a warning on the box). Also, eating protien before bed will keep your mind active.

I stole it from a Larry the Cable Guy joke. He was talking about dream catchers, and made some kind of comment about his dreams of supermodels and Hanes catching all of his dreams.

For the past 4 nights I've had the weirdest fucking violent dreams. Its a shame I cant record that shit cause it would make for some really good twisted horror movies.

BTW, when you die in your dreams, you dont die in real life. You just start having a different dream.
