i used both an iphone4 and a samsung galaxy s2 for a few minutes (just tried them out), the galaxy s2 won by far

i got sony xperia ray for $0.25 last week when i renewed subscription at my current provider so who cares about anything more expensive :)

good enough for that price, didn't feel like spending more on something like phone anyway :)
