When I worked on high rises in LA, got a rush from walking beams. installing the elevators on some of the higher buildings. Riding on the top of the elevators at full speed was even more fun!

Mostly I'm afraid of long plummets.

sick just watching it - how the hell did they get up there? they sure don't look like they are workers. it's not so much the height that scares me, it's that all it takes is one slip up and you're falling to your death for what would seem an hour in terror and from that height, body parts, brains, blood everywhere.

As scary as it looks if you fell from that height it would be no different (other than time spent falling) than falling off a 30ft roof.

That's not very high... I've seen more severe shit on Dirty Jobs. I'm not afraid of heights but - now that I'm old - I get severe vertigo. Sometimes it happens if I'm just looking at my feet.

I've skydived, rock climbed and bungee jumped, so a fear of heights is not in me. However, blatant disregard for one's basic safety for the sake of silly stunts is foolhardy.

I wouldn't trust anyone of their ilk who easily could be regarded as suicidal. If you don't care about your life, I'm not jeopardizing mine by being anywhere near your vicinity.
