Ccbill checks and overseas

I have been in affiliate marketing for almost 20yrs. From the beginning we always got paid from checks. I have moved overseas to the Philippines and I still receive my checks within 7-10 days of sending.
I have several new sponsors non CCBILL and get my checks within 7-10 days.

I signed up with a new sponsor end of March that uses CCBILL and have had sales every week with checks cut.

I am now 28 days since the 1st check was cut with 3 more following and haven't received.

Yea contact support.......I did and they confirmed they were cut and sent and asked if I wanted to stop payment @$20 each. :1orglaugh

My question to them was very specific.....how long does it take for the check to arrive. 2nd question was how long does it take to clear the bank. Well actually my bank asked me that one.

Not worried about the money at all, its the fact that if they were stolen the banks only hold their video for 30 days. I hate thieves and don't want them getting away with it.

Any help GFY peeps living abroad?:helpme

Hi Stevemib,

Although international mail generally takes a bit longer than sending something domestic, 28 days is a not an acceptable time frame. After checking delivery times through USPS, the 7-10 day window is accurate, however, there are postal occurrences that can cause that window to extend out a bit further at times. While we may not be able to work around the stop payment fee for the check itself, there are some alternatives which do provide traceable means which can be put into place on your account. Two other options that CCBill currently offers are payment via FedEX or international wire. While the fees associated with these methods of transfer may be higher compared to postal international mail, they do provide you with a tracked and traceable source, should an issue like this arise again.

Almost the same reply I got from support. Its a fricken simple question for your big company, how long does it take for your checks to hit foreign soil.?
Like i said I get checks every week from other sponsors and its 7-10 days.
:winkwink:

I have been Nats for years and never a problem. Never.........now i signed up with a sponsor thats CCBILL and as you see, I get generic answers. YOu fucking wonder why you webmasters dont have new affiliates selling. You wonder why shit has hit the fan. Well here ya go. Over 1 month to get fucking paid.........over. All I am offered is pay $20 and stop payment on check.........no timing as in how much time it takes to get to SE Asia.

I was CEO of a company and that shit would be unacceptable. Sorry we have been sending checks all over the world for years but we have no idea how long it takes?. LMAO.......somebody come up with another biller.

I'm glad to hear that - I'd be worried that the support team wasn't providing you with correct information if it had been different.

I hope to help clarify the process surrounding your question. CCBill sends out all payments, if you are scheduled to receive one, every Monday morning. While USPS service is the least cost method of delivery, there is no tracking once we've handed it off to the mailman. We have provided the estimated delivery time that USPS has given us to your location, but the actual delivery time is dependent on how they route the delivery that would determine not only when it leaves the US, but also when it arrives at its destination. I certainly agree that 28 days seems alot longer than it should take. If you want to send me your affiliate ID(s) to andy @ ccbill.com - I would be happy to work with support and contact you offline to continue trying to solve this.

If delivery times are that bad to your location, maybe fedex or wires really are the way to go. You do pay the delivery charge for those options, but wires come typically 1-3 days (even international) from when we initiate them.

I look forward to hearing from you personally so we can help you resolve this.

Hm i am having the same problem i have even payed the 20$ fees per check and still waiting those from 22nd and 29th to come wtf is going on here?!

CaptainWolfy 05-18-2012 04:41 PM

Why doesn't ccbill issue some credit cards that you can send your payments to them like paxum or payoneer, or make a deal with some already existed and send payments it would be easier cleaner and no money lost!

Ok here is an update. I was told by CCbill to cancel the checks at $20 each. That just didnt make sense to me as there are now 5 checks in the mail. So I decided to wait and got my first check today from April 8th cycle.
The check was electronically postage stamped at CCbill on April 23rd. From that point it took 28 days to get to Manila with date stamp receiving May 21. Then 1 day to local postoffice and 1 day to house.
I would love to see what happen from CCbill to Manila. Shit they could have put it on a freighter and it would have gotten here faster.:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Now to deposit the check til clearing...should be within 7 days as it is BOA and there is a HQ in Manila.

So for all those new to CCbill and overseas..at least in SE Asia expect from the time your first cycle runs till you have cash in hand to be 6 weeks. Wow nice money float.:1orglaugh
Thank god I got other billers with 7-10 day delivery.:thumbsup

Someone send a wire from BOA to a BDO bank Philippines takes 24 hours or 18 hours and it as been reflected to my account already why don't you try to open an account here instead?

freecartoonporn 05-28-2012 10:49 AM

i remember when i first made few bucks with ccbill., they sent few checks to me., none of them reached to my place and i paid near about 60 bucks to ccbill for stop payments., then i switched to wire and now i am happy.

stevemib 06-29-2012 02:04 AM

Well I guess its time to contact support. I just got two of the checks back from the bank stamped "transaction canceled" lol. Wow what a nightmare. Time to switch to wire xfer.

DWB 06-29-2012 02:49 AM

Have them merge all your accounts and hold it until it hits a certain dollar amount, then get a wire. Example, every $500 or $1000, send you a wire. CCbill wires come like clockwork.

rowan 06-29-2012 03:20 AM

Definitely merge your accounts. I have 100+ affiliate accounts and I'd go mad if I received 100 separate cheques, each with their own minimum payout level.
