ahahahaha, i thought it's just me :D

Naughty-Pages 05-22-2012 03:16 PM

In hindsight, I should have just said it was a 30 minute Video Embed as it would have looked exactly the same.. :(

I don't have access to that wallpaper. All I get is a lousy cheque every Friday.

Damn, I'm jealous...

shake 05-22-2012 03:22 PM

Yeah the interface is slow, but it's one cheque that ALWAYS shows up...

Naughty-Pages 05-22-2012 03:23 PM

Here is an Alternate Version:

I do not disagree with that.. with the exception of the non US spelling of "check" lol.. Checks always come on time.. ;)

Just irks me that I cannot see which sites are selling so I can push them more, and which ones are not performing so I can promote them less... :(

Fat Panda 05-22-2012 03:28 PM

ccbill is a fucking joke! theyve done NOTHING about this problem for MONTHS.

From what I understand it's a Chrome only problem? I don't have any issues with IE9.

Major issue with Firefox...
it was slightly better in IE for me, but the difference was negligible.

Is the requested search query finally displaying after a delayed period of time, or from that screenshot above, are you receiving an error and no results?

If you can please forward us over the versions of FF and IE that you are using to pull these reports, I would be happy to get that information over to our development team.

James,

It just hangs like that forever, no error, no results..

Sometimes hitting the lookup button like 3 times every now and then will eventually produces results.. but 8x out of 10, that is what is seen.

Using the Latest Versions of Firefox and IE. I have only tried it with IE a few times and it did seem a tad bit better.. (I just tried it again in IE a few times and did get results once for the pay week within about 10 seconds and for the month it took about 60 seconds..) That does seem like a major improvement over the last time I checked using IE, but the thing is most webmasters do not use it. :(

For the most part, in Firefox you could have sex, get pregnant, and deliver the baby before any results show up.. lol
(heck, maybe even attend the kids college graduation)

I suppose until it is resolved, I'll use IE for ccbill as it does seem better than it was before.

NaughtyRob 05-22-2012 04:24 PM

Been that way for many months. They did answer in a thread last week saying that they are working on it and that it will take some time.

Ya, i was in that thread..

just got annoyed today and figured I'd focus that frustration on being silly to put some more attention on the problem.. lol ;)

In Firefox, if you keep reloading the page the results show up eventually lol...this problem has been going on for quite a few months through.

Just an FYI to the guys at CCBill...Chrome is now the browser used by most people.

Another bit of info that might spur some upgrades on your end.

But probably not. :1orglaugh

pornmasta 05-22-2012 06:00 PM

there was no chrome in the 90's.
CCBIll is compatible with internet explorer and netscape

LiveDose 05-22-2012 06:55 PM

Haha funny. It is frustrating sometimes but the checks come all the time on time...

I do not dispute that ;) If the checks did not come in, I probably would not be worried about the stats functionality as I would not be using them lol...

I just want larger checks to come in, but it's difficult to optimize traffic when your ability to check to see what is converting is severely crippled..

Naughty-Pages 05-29-2012 01:01 PM

I gotta say it is far less of an issue in I.E. just tried for 15 minute to do anything in Firefox with the ccbill admin.. got nowhere.. even with short 1 day reports

Blew the dust off of that browser that nobody uses anymore (I.E.) and it worked right away... even for an affiliate by the year to see how they performed..

Shit part about it is, I never use IE and it's got to be some simple coding issue to fix it so it will work with Firefox and Chrome.
