I must have missed something. Zombaio is holding payouts an extra week?
 

I logged into my zombaio account and settlement got bumped back a full week and I asked some friends and they said they see it also in their accounts.
what did i miss? Zombaio is holding payouts a full week from here on out and nothing about it on gfy?

People are sick of complaining about them. The only people who use them are the ones who cant afford the reg fees for a real processor.

These additional week(s) holds, 2, 3, 4 week holds are starting to be of concern to us.
I am starting to believe cascading billing is the only thing to ensure our business interest is protected.

Are they going to make two payments one week to catch up or have a 3 week delay now on all payments?

Come on, get serious. You are using the only adult credit card payment solution out there that doesn't require any setup fee or advance payment of some kind.

Also the only one that has weekly or monthly late payment threads on this board.

If you had $700 bucks for a reg. fee you would put your money where your mouth is and buy yourself some options.

So it looks like either way Zombaio is becoming "the processor of last resort".

Quite possibly, as much as I hate them I do suppose that MAYBE for a lot of people they could be a good way to get started, if you are bootstrapping with little or no budget.

After all, if that is your situation then what do you really have to lose anyway?

But a different billing option should be pretty high on your shopping list of things you are gonna buy with your first payouts.

Pompousjohn you assume alot and know very little, please comment on things you have knowledge on. We have options and have our programmer working on things now, but changing processors is a good way to lose alot of business :pimp

OK I know very little sorry, I guess I didn't learn anything in the last 4 years with my 3 private merchant accounts, CCBill, Epoch, Zombaio and Segpay accounts, lol.

Since I know sooooo little, why don't you enlighten me as to how you could possibly lose business by adding a billing option? I guess you think Zombaio is going to panic and call you on the phone in the middle of the night to let you know they aren't going to process any rebills for you because they are butt-hurt about you expanding your billing inventory?

Please record the call. I want to hear it. Because my ignorant brain cannot fathom them even noticing or caring one way or the other.

How would you lose business? That makes no sense. Not cascading makes no sense. You can change processors and still keep your account open to capture the rebills. Plenty of sponsors use Epoch, CCBill, their own merchant account(s), ACH, telephone/SMS and other methods all at the same time.

Not sure what you learned in the last 4 years, but in the last 11 years that I've been doing this, I know what I am talking about. I wasnt saying you would lose business because of cascade billing.:(

I am surprised this hasn't been more of an active thread.

Personally, I think it is outrageous that they would again increase the period people have to wait to get their money, and I still don't see where they told us they would be doing this.

It is an exceptionally bitter pill to swallow for those with redpass as a payout method, as it seems it now takes 4 weeks to get money from one Zombaio controlled bank account to another? But I guess people have given up pissing in the wind.

Bottom line is that despite Zombaio's positives, they appear to be doing their best to stack up the negatives to outweigh them.

I too have had issues with zombaio. I no longer use them on my sites, but i am owed money. I signed up with them over a year ago. My contract says their fee should be 8.9%. But my last two payouts calculate to 15% and a reserve fee. When I signed up there was no reserve fee stated. In my contract it says that there may be a reserve fee and that it would "usually" be only 5%. But again when I do the math its 15%. So in short they charge me 30% to process my transactions and they never gave me notification or justification for this. They never respond to emails. They dont have a toll free number. And whoever Jesper from livechat is, he never has any answers to my questions. So basically zombaio sucks and is no longer my number three! Pretty sad when you think about it.

I thought the same thing as well, but I guess people have given up on them sooner than we have. Sucks to be the last to know.
