Virtual Hosting - Recommendation needed

Hiya Everyone

I am looking for a new virtual hosting solution for my wordpress blogs from a company experienced with hosting adult sites and scripts.
I am currently on a virtual hosting account with about 6 blogs that only get about 5/6 K hits a month each at most. I have been experiencing fairly regular incidents of my blogs going down. The webserver will continue to serve up a static text only test page but not the index.php, admin area etc. The static websites on my account and TGPS are fine it just seems to be the blogs I am having issues with.

So my wish is to look for a hosting company who can offer:
USA Hosted
More than 1 ip, 10+ would be best
Stable connections when loading of PHP, with a high timeout setting preferable.
Good control panel
Support with live chat (icq type chat) or telephone would be great as i currently only have email ticket support.
Unlimited Email
Unlimited Domains
All the usual PHP/MySQL , ioncube, imagemagic etc..

My current plan is as follows so I would like at least all of this aswell:

?Additional Transfer $.30/Gigabyte
?Unrestricted Bandwidth
?Unlimited Email
?Unlimited Domains
?Free Weekly Backups
?Bandwidth Utilization
?Network Intrusion Detection

Currently paying 15.95$ per month which i know is a good deal but i am willing to pay more to remove the hassle of sites keep going down.

I was thinking of going for this Business VPS plan from webair for $39.95 but I was wondering whether it was really necessary for the blogs I am running.:

BUSINESS VPS*
?Dedicated 3.3Ghz vCPU
?Virtual disk on redundant RAID10 Array
?512 MB RAM
?40GB Disk
?3 IP Address and IPv6 available
?500 Gigabyte Transfer
?Fully managed server with 24/7 phone and chat support

All of your opinions and ideas would be greatly appreciated and if i like what i see i will signup under your link in the next couple of days.

Cheers :)

I would definitely chat with them about it. I'm sure they'll work something out for you. :thumbsup

Do a search for webair first maybe? Then you'll probably decide to go with amerinoc :)

I can help you if you want 10 dedicated IPs on 10 different C's. Probably toss in a couple different A's in the process.

Was just about to say the same thing...do a search for webair on here before you make your choice, otherwise there might be another future GFY thread with complaints.

I used Certified. They have a several plans that would work for you. Most of them you will have to addon the dedicated IPs and I think they are $2 per month per IP. I have been with them for a while now and they are good. The few times I have had a need for support it was there 24/7 and fast.

We use hostgator for a network of blogs and also domains with landing pages. Have been very happy with our account and support ticket response time.

Everyone has different opinions about each host from their own experiences.

Good luck with your search.

Thanks guys, would you think I would need the managed VPS from amerinoc or do you think the shared hosting would be up to it? The managed VPS is $59 per month, seems like a great server but it might just be a bit much for what i need.

I have heard about hostgator but i didn't realise they were happy to take on adult sites. Livedose, do you use the shared plans or the VPS hosting? I would probably go for this VPS with them if needed, $39.95 per month 1.13 GHZ RAM 768 MB Disk Space 30 GB Bandwidth 500 GB

I have my blogs on different ip addresses at the moment because i thought this was good in terms of how google viewed you, but i was wondering does it really matter to google if all your websites are hosted on one ip and you hardlink between them?

Thanks again

try dreamhost... they can handle with it...

Quick question for those of you familiar with amerinoc, if i get the amnoc-r2 (reseller acc) with 3 IPs, do you know how much do they charge you for each additional ip per month?

Also do they offer imap access to the email so you can use on a blackberry?
Cheers

Ordering a VPS from cgigeek is like buying a harddrive in China:

We have a reseller plan for some local web work and also a shared account that has about 175 domains running wordpress and landing pages. It has been very stable for us.

There's no such thing as "Unrestricted Bandwidth"
