Police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for Rocco Luka Magnotta in connection with the delivery of a human left foot to the Conservative Party of Canada headquarters and a torso found in Montreal.

Apparently he also mailed a hand to the Liberal headquarters but it was intercepted at the post office.

Oh, and also the torso they found in his apartment was partially cannibalized...

He appears on Interpol's website. The Canadian man wanted in his homeland on suspicion of killing and dismembering a student, then posting a video of the crime online, says he will not fight extradition from Germany where he was arrested, German authorities said.

I predict that Luka will likely meet the same fate as Jeffery Dahmer, who was beaten in jail a couple of times, and then was ultimately murdered in prison just a few years after he began serving his sentence.
