Quickest way to lose 14 pounds?
Whats the quickest and simplest way to lose 14lbs of weight?
Allowing for the fact that it is excess weight to begin with, and although crash diets are not really a good thing, as a on ime, once off thing, it shouldn't be an issue. In advance of the expected replies, amputating a leg or arm, or starving myself until I pass out are NOT an option. Just a one-time quick fix? Suggestions please... |

Run at least 30 minutes a day and Sit-ups at least 20 minutes a day and Look at your figure in 1 month and you can see the difference :winkwink:

Cut alcohol and junk food and go for a walk a couple of times a day. In the real world that works.

Good diet is the first step, lots of exercise the next. Get a dog that needs a lot of exercise and try keeping him fit. combined with a good diet, won't be long before you slim down and stay there. |

Dissociated diet would probably work.
You eat only meat on one day, only potatoes the next, fruits, vegetables, cheese / yogurt etc. 14 pounds in 2 weeks is doable but you'll probably put 20 back on in the next couple of days... :| |

My friend just went on a Vegan diet 21 days ago, and lost 24 pounds. His bad cholesterol dropped 46 points as well. Only thing he has to drink is water.
I was at his house while him and his wife were having lunch the other day, and as much as I love meat, I have to say that the stuff they were having looked and smelled delicious. |
Replace your existing diet with veggies and boiled eggs and water. Eat as much as you want.

I would recommend you to visit a dietologist who will make you a good eating plan according to your current weight. I visited a dietologist at my current fitness club, they made me a diet plan + exercise plan for 21 day. After first week I lost 3kg, after second another 3kg more. I went to gym 5 days per week. Last week I also started running, damn, it was hard from the very beginning, I couldn't run even 10 minutes. I found this plan Couch to 5k, c25k.com which combined running and walking. So I do running according to it now

Stop eating sugars and products that contain sugar (and that's a lot).
Walk an hour every day (you don't even have to run). |

If you go on one of those juice fasts where you only drink fresh vegetable juice that you juice yourself you can lose 5 - 7 pounds in about 3 days just from all the shit in your digestive system clearing out. Another 5 - 7 during the rest of the week as the low sodium in your diet causes you to retain less water.
I lost 18 lbs in 13 days that way but it was pretty difficult to sustain from a willpower standpoint. I want to try it again but there are so many juicy burgers out there I don't know... |

just eat a normal healthy diet, low in sugar + fat... don't believe the "low carb" hype...
start walking 15 mins EVERY DAY, slowly increase the time to 30 mins, once you can walk 30 mins without a sweat, start jogging, jog for 15 seconds, walk for 1:45 mins, repeat, for 30 mins.. .etc... slowly increase the pace till you can jog 30 mins... for best results do some weight training too, get a barbell + bench + some weights, and do some compound exercises every other day... |
Drink prune juice and vinegar in the morning then eat only small amounts of lean protein and lots of water. You will lose it in two weeks if you can pull this off.

Its simple stop eating after 5 pm every day for a week. Just drink water to keep you feeling full. i lost 10lb in 7 days doing this, no diet just dont eat a thing after 5pm

You need to reverse the trend - Start eating better, start eating less, and start working out.
We eat way too much. You go to the average restaurant, and the portion is twice what you should eat in any one sitting. You also do it at home too. Start eating less, and eat better. Every afternoon at about 3pm or so I get hungry so I grab a bag of junk food. Now instead I grab a banana. I've always run daily, but now I also work out and play basket ball. I've been working in the back yard too, and I noticed this morning my arms are sore. (Lucky for me it's gonna rain tonight so I don't have to worry about basketball, lol!) |
do the 2-hour diet.
Eat something light and natural every 2 hours from 7am to 7pm for 4 days. You'll lose about 10lbs. It's a pain on day #3, but if you're committed, you'll love yourself after that :) |

When you plateau that might come into play |
do the advocare herbal cleanse - will kick start your weightloss AND eating healthy - don't workout while on teh cleanse.. start after wards

The fastest and easiest way to do that is to cut ALL sugar and ALL processed carbs from your diet. Only drink water or plain tea/coffee (no sugar or cream). You can eat unlimited meat + eggs + cheese + a couple large handfuls of whatever veggies per day. Don't use sauces or creams that have sugar in them, which is the majority of them.

1. Stop drinking alcohol, soda, red bull 2. Go on a raw food diet. If it comes in a box, can, bottle - don't eat it. 3. Juice in replacement of lunch or dinner 4. High protein, low carbs. 5. Walk an hour, twice a day, every day. |

You need to consume or burn off 1,000 less calories per day to lose 2 pounds a week. It could be a combination of both, like eating 500 less and doing 500 worth of exercise per day.
