Hi, no, I really have not had time to monetize it, which is why I am selling. But the site has some domain authority and ranks well in the SE's, lot's of opportunities to make something happen with it IMO.

As I said though in my email I was hoping for a bit more. But as I also said I am not going to drag this sale out so in the spirit of moving this along I will set a BIN of $750 but will still entertain lower offers.
