First you must buy a 6" or higher pair of stripper shoes... The slip on kind with no straps is best because you have to balance your foot in the shoe which gives better shape to your leg muscles and when you walk on thick carpet with the slip on stripper shoe, or stairs with thick carpet, it ROCKS YOUR ASS... :moon
Then you put 5 lbs ankle weights on each leg, and go crazy about your business all day...

Cleaning the house with them is the best... Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, walking the dog (yes people stare at you, but fuck it your ass will rock) and just normal walking around through out the day... Leave them on ALL DAY no matter what, it really works... I've been doing it for almost 4 weeks now... I love it...

It also helps your posture big time because it forces you to stand with your shoulders back and your tits out... And the bonus feature, if you have a man at home it will definitely increase your sex life... So it's a win win for everyone... :Graucho

Yep, I have "training shoes" which are as-high-as-I-can-manage stilettos to wear around the house, great for posture and toning the legs/butt. Works really well if you do a belly dance workout in them.

Hurts my knees after a while so I don't wear them all day coz I'm afraid of long term damage to the joint. Getting knees replaced when you are 60 with steel ones does not look like fun.
