Why are my links still up (4 days since DMCA notice sent)?

Why does it appear their billing options are still up?

I believe their assets have been frozen until July and they can't transfer their domain but that's all at this point, the court case hasn't actually commenced.

I do not recall anything about any "take down". I recall reading about frozen assets (money, domain, processing).

guess that means no one will get paid for their uploads.. that will be good :)
