Jeremy from Top Gear ordered one.. it arrived late.. and broke down constantly.. not to mention, was a huge pig on gas. Still looks cool though

If I owned one, it could be as big a pig on gas as it wanted to be, as I would of taken it into consideration before buying:winkwink:

I actually saw one of these on my way into Oakville a few years back.. it was sitting on the side of the road. As best I could decipher.. the driver tried to go through a T intersection.. on a left hand turn.. a bit too quickly .. and slid it right onto a curb.. thus folding the wheels on the passenger side underneath the car. I felt bad for the car.. but not the driver.

Not having lived during his era makes it impossible to know what the world was like during those years. I have read a lot about the man, but not his book. I remain more interested in his engineering prowess and entrepreneurial drive than his politics.

The GT is a beautiful car although I'm not digging the look of the new Hybrid GT. The front grill reminds me of a cartoon or something.

The difference is you are not idolizing one man for shit he didn't actually even do all by himself. There you have a system to blame, when it's one man promoting hate propaganda you know who to point the finger at. That's why business's incorporate now, so they can hid behind that. Next mission should be to get them too though

The GT's are/were pretty sweet but the dealers couldn't unload them towards the end and some actually sold them at cost to get them off the books. I know a few people who have them and put Twin Turbos or more and they scream but build quality is like a focus.

The German Lugar and the p38 space modulator were pretty cool too but people didn't attach their own personal big egos to them and then try to claim their personal issues didn't matter

Just picked up a new GT500... thing's pretty crazy... 662 HP / 631 FTLB, which is underrated. Saying should be closer to 700 HP and even more torque.

Thing is a blast to drive, haven't had a cobra in 10 years... so much fun to drive. Fun beats the S and M cars I've had recently :)

volt isn't an electric car.. hybrid. :winkwink:

Ford GT, Mustang GT or GT500? What year?

Had a bunch of NA and SC'ed Cobras years and years ago. Did the German performance cars for a while after (S4, M6)... now had to jump on one of these new GT500s. No buyers remorse :D

2013 Mustang GT. I have a 3 year old and drive her around, so I wasn't super concerned about being the baddest mofo on the street anymore. As she gets older, that will probably change. It's been a good car to me, and is quick enough to enjoy when out by myself.

I'd love to GT500. I am guessing that in 5-10 years, I'll step my game back up. ;)

Yeah crazy horsepower now in the GTs. Hell even the V6s have almost the same horsepower my 96 Cobra had lol

I've been on the road with those before.... a very 'sudden' car, gone almost instantly
