Is GFY getting sporadically DDOSed?
 

I'm just wondering as the site has stalled multiple times and from up or down sites it says it was down. I'm guessing a lot of file locker affiliates and copyright infringers are starting to see the seriousness of this campaign against them.

I'm pretty sure you'd have trouble changing the packet size of ping let alone being capable of DDOS'ing anything.

Although you've managed a pretty good denial of service attack on that grey matter between your ears, in fact you're brain has obviously been offline for quite a long time. congrats!
