You haven't sent anyone, so the system caps you at 50. It'll lower that amount each day until you start sending someone. If you don't anyone, eventually it gets to 0.

Skyuen, I don't see traffic coming from your sites, so I lowered your cap to 20.

What does the click mean?

That's how many links your visitors have clicked. The higher the number, the better your traffic.
